Launched at Thailand Motorshow 2007 by leading car manufacturer in Malaysia known as Proton Sdn.Bhd. The Proton GEN2 mid line with the IAFM Campro 1.6 delivers produces 110 horsepower at 6,000rpm and 148Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. Torque at an engine speed of 3,000rpm is 139Nm, while the barebones Campro only delivered 128Nm of torque at that engine speed.The latest Gen-2 facelift offers 4 colors - Nandu Black, hibiscus Tea, Metal Gray and Irisdescent white.
